My Values
Integrity. I pride myself on aligning my actions and my words with my values. While I acknowledge my human-ness, I strive for moral consistency, honest transparency, and holding myself accountable.
Curiosity. My father always told me to “be a sponge”. By remaining curious and open-minded, I strive to learn as much as I can - about myself, others, and this great beautiful world.
Self-Improvement. I always look for ways to grow in both my personal and professional life. Actively seeking uncomfortable situations allows me to invest in my future self by understanding my own limits.
Empathetic Presence. I seek to understand others in every interaction, acting as a bridge to build trust and connect with those around me. The goal is to create a presence that welcomes vulnerability and nurtures authenticity.
Seeking awe. I welcome awe, novelty, and inspiration in my life. Whether through travel or exploring in my own backyard of New York City, these moments of wonder and joy keep me feeling grounded and connected.
My Art
Starting to paint when I was a little girl, I never thought that it would become a pivotal point of discovery, inspiration, and connection. In my paintings, I seek to uncover and create a tangible representation of this shared experience of what it means to be human and alive. Feeling inspired myself by the impact of social connect connection, my hope is that, in sharing my work with the wider public, I can inspire you to better your own community as well.
My Film
Through the many lives and deaths of my old film cameras, here are some moments I feel lucky to have seen and captured. In line with curiosity, awe, and discovering all that the world offers, I am always humbled by the multitude of ways our ideas of “normalcy” differ.
While my paintings attempt to capture what ties us all together, my 35mm photography prints expose how different we all are.
